cFosSpeed is a network driver, which attaches itself to existing Internet connections. It then optimizes data transfer by means of Traffic Shaping. Traffic Shaping is a method for optimizing the Internet traffic. It allows maximum speed while ensuring minimal Ping. You can use cFosSpeed with a router and/or a DSL-modem or cable-modem. You can also use cFosSpeed with other types of Internet access, ie. whenever you already have an existing Internet connection. cFosSpeed supports a wide variety of connections, like DSL, cable, ISDN, UMTS, etc. cFosSpeed has two goals – keep network delays (ping times) small, in order to make Internet applications as responsive as possible. Rise of Legends retains most of the features from Rise of Nations, like city building, borders, attrition, assimilations, non-depletable resources and the CTW, Conquer The World, Campaigns. However, Rise of Legends also introduces new features of its own, such as city districts, heroes, dominances, a more simplified economy (with only two resources) and neutral, siegeable units and buildings. The reality-based resource wood has been replaced by Timonium. Unlike its predecessor, which offered the player 18 civilizations to choose from, Rise of Legends has only three races. These are the technological Vinci, the magical Alin, and the alien-like Cuotl, who replace the Wealth resource with Energy, offering a new gather strategy.

Installation note : While installing/unpacking the Dos or command window will ask to overwrite some stuff. Press “n”, fro no. Then the installation will complete just fine

Note2: Only rip available, i’ve just made it. Nothing is ripped but some movies, IF you encounter any errors, plz pm it to me. Before you do, make sure you’ve updated directx , Microsoft runtime stuff, graph drivers. If its a missing dll download it, place in system32 folder. It works for me, and should work for you.
