Instructions:
Install D2 and LOD expansion (full installation), update to 1.12b.
Copy all .mpq from LOD disk to the install folder.
You can now play without the CD as stated in update 1.12b, now you want the resolution patch, copy the files into the install folder and run the patch. Follow the readme in the patch.
Battlenet users: Do not use the multiresolution patch, you will get banned from Battlenet.
