Personal comments: Quentin Tarantino by way of Tony Scott, a weird combination but it somehow gels just fine, notice the delicious, vicious Gary Oldman as a pimp, James Gandolfini as a maffia rough in a role that made him appear on radar for the first time and Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper together in a scene at last, and what a scene it is: legendary. Enjoy.
